David Epstein
Meet local resident David Epstein — a proud Florida Keys resident, U.S. Air Force Veteran, and trusted real estate professional with deep roots in Islamorada. His family moved to the Keys in 1977, where he grew up immersed in the island lifestyle and community. After a distinguished 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force, including leadership roles in emergency management and CBRN operations, David brings discipline, strategic thinking, and problem-solving expertise to real estate. He guides clients through the unique Florida Keys market with creative solutions and a client-first approach. Beyond real estate, David is the founder of The Poppa Wahoo Collective, a sportfishing charter and lifestyle brand inspired by his passion for the water and Keys heritage. Dedicated to preserving the character and growth of the islands, David combines local knowledge, professionalism, and a lifelong love for the Florida Keys to help clients find their perfect piece of paradise. 🏝️
